1. Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to website design, development, hosting management, and related services delivered by Dubavision. When you place an order, pay an invoice, or send requirements, you agree to these terms.
Scope of work
The scope is described in your quote, checkout confirmation, or email agreement. Work outside the agreed scope can require a new quote or extra fees.
Client responsibilities
- Provide correct content, brand assets, login credentials, and approvals on time.
- Confirm that you own or have permission to use any materials you submit.
- Review drafts and provide clear feedback within the requested time frames.
Timelines
Target delivery windows are estimates and depend on client responsiveness and third party factors. Delays in content or approvals can extend delivery.
Revisions
Each plan includes a defined number of revision rounds as shown on the pricing page. Additional revisions can be billed separately.
Access and credentials
To build or maintain your site we may need temporary admin access or secure connection tokens. You can revoke access after delivery. For managed hosting we maintain access as long as the management plan is active.
Payments
Payments are due as stated at checkout or on the invoice from contact@dubavision.com. Late or failed payments can pause work and delivery.
2. Privacy Policy (Summary)
We collect only what is needed to deliver and improve our services. This includes contact details, project information, and technical data like analytics or error logs. We keep data secure, limit access to personnel who need it, and retain data only as long as necessary.

4. Refund and Cancellation
At Dubavision, we prioritize transparency and clarity in every transaction. Once a payment has been made for any of our website packages — Starter, Pro, or Enterprise — the purchase is considered final and non-refundable.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your pre existing content. Upon full payment of the project we grant you a license to use the delivered website for your business. Third party assets can be subject to their own licenses.
Our internal methods, code libraries, design systems, and templates remain our intellectual property. We can reuse non unique know how across projects.
6. Acceptable Use
Your website or content must comply with applicable laws and must not include abusive, fraudulent, infringing, or malicious material. Hosting providers can have additional rules that you must follow.
7. Third Party Services
We can integrate third party tools such as analytics, email, or payment platforms. These services have their own terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting them.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Dubavision is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data. Our total liability related to a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Dubavision harmless from claims arising from your content, your misuse of the services, or your violation of these terms or of any laws.
10. Termination
We can suspend or terminate services if invoices are unpaid, if credentials are withdrawn in a way that prevents delivery, or if there is a breach of these terms. You can terminate at any time by written notice. Fees already due remain payable.
11. Changes to this page
We can update this page to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. The effective date at the top will show when the update takes effect.
