Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how payments and refunds work for all 3D and AR products and related services offered by Dubavision. By placing an order, making a payment, or approving a project with Dubavision, you confirm that you have read and accepted this policy.
1. General principle
All products and services provided by Dubavision are custom digital work made to order. We do not sell pre-made products that can simply be returned. Every 3D model, AR experience, QR code, and configuration is created specifically for your business and your needs. For this reason, all payments for our products and services are considered final and non-refundable, subject only to any rights that may apply under mandatory local law.
2. Billing
All Dubavision products are offered as a recurring monthly subscription. By subscribing, you authorize Dubavision and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method automatically at each billing cycle until cancellation. All payments are final and non-refundable once processed.
3. No refunds on completed or in-progress work
Once a payment has been made and Dubavision has started working on your project, no refunds are provided.
Work is considered started as soon as one of the following happens:
- We receive your payment and confirm your project in writing.
- We begin planning your 3D models, QR codes, or content.
- We start creating, modeling, or configuring your 3D or AR experience.
4. No refunds on 3D and AR services
All 3D and AR products — including 3D Dish QR, 3D Menu, 3D Video QR, and 3D Object QR (3D modeling, AR previews, video QR codes, and any related setup) — are custom digital work made specifically for your business. For this reason, all payments related to these products are final and strictly non-refundable, even if the work is partially completed, completed, delivered, or not used after delivery.
5. Subscriptions, cancellations, and billing
Subscription plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated at checkout. By subscribing, you authorize Dubavision and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method automatically at each billing cycle until cancellation.
If you cancel a subscription, you will not be entitled to a refund for any amounts already paid. Cancellation stops future billing but does not create any right to a refund for current or past billing periods.
If a payment fails or is declined, Dubavision may suspend managed services until the account is brought current.
6. Project form and client information
After purchase, you may receive a link to a short form used to collect the information and files we need in order to create your 3D and AR content correctly (such as photos, videos, or details about your dishes, objects, or business).
By submitting this form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. No refunds are provided if you change your mind after paying or after submitting the form, even if you later decide not to use the product.
7. Revisions, adjustments, and quality
Instead of refunds, Dubavision focuses on adjustments and revisions within the limits of the product and plan you purchased. Each product and plan comes with its own level of revisions, features, and support.
If there is something you would like to adjust, you can contact us. We will review your request and explain what is included in your plan and what may require an additional fee. Requests for changes do not give the right to a refund.
8. Technical issues and uptime
From time to time, products and online services may experience downtime, technical issues, or maintenance periods. While Dubavision aims to provide stable and functional products, temporary issues or interruptions do not give the right to a refund. In such situations, we will work with you and, when applicable, with hosting providers or third party services to restore normal operations as soon as reasonably possible.
9. Chargebacks and payment disputes
You agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider for products or services that have been delivered or started in accordance with the scope agreed at the time of purchase.
If a chargeback is filed, Dubavision reserves the right to:
- Provide documentation to contest the chargeback.
- Suspend or remove access to your products or related services until the matter is resolved.
- Refuse future work or services.
10. Exceptions required by law
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit any rights that you may have under mandatory consumer protection or contract laws that apply in your region. If local law requires a refund or a specific remedy in a particular situation, Dubavision will comply with those legal obligations.
11. Changes to this policy
Dubavision may update this Refund Policy from time to time in order to reflect changes in our products, our processes, or applicable laws. The version available on our website at the time of your payment or project confirmation will generally apply to your order, unless another version is expressly agreed with you in writing.
